In Affinity designer you will be able to draw and even paint with vector in the vector persona, but also combine with the pixel persona. If you want more options, you can digitally paint in Affinity Photo just like you do in Photoshop. In either mode ( bitmap or vector ), it works perfectly well with a drawing tablet. I have a XP-Pen Artist 13.
